Kaleido forms a joint venture that leads to a new revenue stream

The Client

Kaleido Logistics is a global logistics operator specializing in energy, automotive, and raw material transport worldwide.

The Objective

Based on customer demands, Kaleido was looking to expand their portfolio of solutions to include an end-to-end track-and-trace solution.

The Solution

Our team identified a number of directly relevant startups addressing Kaleido’s strategic goals. Through our 4 month guided process, Kaleido selected and partnered with CargoSteps, a real-time track-and-trace software company that allows different logistic companies of every size to easily work together.

The Outcome

The two companies formed a joint venture and developed the new Air-Track-and-Trace-Tool to ensure a complete, transparent end-to-end supply chain solution for the specific needs of the manufacturing retail industry. With this new technology solution, Kaleido was able to secure a large deal with one of the world’s largest global retail giants generating a new revenue steam for both companies.
